Spillways and Access Roads Armoring

Flexamat Plus UV-T was installed to armor two spillways and access roads at a massive, multi greenhouse complex in California. Originally, articulating concrete block mats interlocked with cable was specified but Flexamat Plus UV-T was value engineered as an alternative.

Native growth is thriving within the Flexamat armor. The spillways have been overtopped and have performed as designed. The access roads are actively used and remain robust.
